The Crime Lords of New Orleans just met their match.
Hip-hop star DMX is "The Dog," a top level gangster / drug dealer who pulls the strings in a murderous web of deceit and terror spreading through the bloodstained streets of New Orleans. In the wake of Hurricane Katrina the city has to make some head-way against the powerful drug lords. To take on this new fight is federal agent Mayor Padial (Lou Diamond Phillips). Assembling a crack team of local and federal agents they are about to go head to head with the crime lords. This thriller set in the dark, muggy underworld of America's murder capital sees the police, desperate to stop the violence, creating a death toll unlike any city has ever seen.
