The 3 disc set also contains, as an added bonus, a selection of the "Oxfam Plugs" that are recorded backstage by the artists each year; frequently hilarious grabs of comics spruiking for donations to the international charity the Gala has suypported since 1995. Over the last 11 years, the Melbourne Comedy Festival Gala has raised hundreds of thousands of dollars for Oxfam Australia, and a percentage of the profits of the DVD will be further donated to this worthy cause.
