Some buildings don't have a 13th Floor. Santa Mira Insane Asylum shouldn't have had a 3rd. It's something a group of four teenagers discover when they enter the abandoned hospital on Halloween night for a few pranks, only to discover that the rumours about the place being haunted are very real. Running into others who are also trapped in the hospital, they uncover the truth about a vengeful spirit who is hell bent on making sure no one, except himself, gets out alive. In order to escape, they must work together... but finding out who is alive and who is an apparition becomes the key to their survival.
