Cancellations
For cancellations please contact us immediately via cancellationsdesk@ezydvd.com.au. In order for us to successfully process your request and cancel your order – please allow minimum 48 hours notice (please allow extra time over weekend or long weekends).

Product Enquiries
We always endeavour to have correct product information regarding subtitles, languages, audio specifications, special features etc. Our website is updated every day with product information and generally speaking, if information regarding a title is not listed on our site then it is currently unavailable to us.
If you are looking for a particular title, please perform a quick search to find it on our site. If the title cannot be found, then unfortunately the title is most likely unavailable in Australia and we are unable to supply the title, however our dedicated team of specialists will try and source more information for you. Offline Orders
