    Delivery Charges

    EzyDVD ships thousands of orders every week to destinations around the world. Please refer to the tables below for Australian and International shipping charges.

    Australian Delivery Charges
    The charges below apply to each parcel dispatched from your order. Shipping charges are based on item quantity. See "Important Information Regarding Shipping Charges" for details.

    Important Notice for Australian Customers - Orders consisting of 3+ items that ship together, will be automatically upgraded to FREE AUSTRALIAN AIR EXPRESS provided the order value exceeds $70.00). A $4.00 surcharge applies to orders shipped under $70.00.

    Please Note: Due to size constraints Australia Post will only allow a maximum of 2 standard sized items to be shipped via Surface Mail.

    Important Information Regarding Shipping Charges

    • Your credit card is charged on the day we process and ship your order

    • *All Shipping Charges Apply To Each Parcel Dispatched: Please be aware that in instances where multiple parcels are dispatched from a single order (ie. when the order includes pre-orders or out-of-stocks where items are shipped as they become available), the above delivery charges apply to each shipment rather than the order as a whole.

    • Australian Customers: Orders consisting of 3+ items that ship together, will be automatically upgraded to FREE Australian Air Express (provided the order value exceeds $70.00). A $4.00 surcharge applies to orders shipped under $70.00.

    • Australian Customers: To be eligible for free delivery by Australia Post Surface Mail, you must order 2+ items that exceed $20 in total order value (and they MUST dispatch from a single order) or the item must be a pre-order and state that it qualifies for free Australia Post delivery on the item's webpage.

    • Australian Customers: Many Box Sets are eligible for FREE Australian Air Express. Refer to individual item pages to determine eligibility.

    • International Customers: The above charges do not apply to Box Sets. Refer to individual item pages to determine appropriate shipping costs.

    • International Customers - Israel: In addition to regular shipping charges there is a registered parcel post charge of $AU7.00 for all parcels sent to Israel.

    Australia - Australian Air Express Delivery

    This service delivers Australia wide but may not be available for larger or bulky orders. Orders shipped with Australian Air Express will be delivered within 1-2 working days depending on your location (an extra day or two for regional areas). Deliveries through Australian Air Express give you the facility to track and trace your parcel online via Australian Air Express Track & Trace, so you know where your order is at all times. In order to increase the chances of your delivery being made on the first attempt, we strongly suggest that preference be given to a business address where possible. You can change your delivery address in the User Options page.

    Please Note If your order contains large quantities or bulky items and you have opted to use Australian Air Express due to size constraints we will be required to send your parcel using Australia Post eParcel. This is a registered and tracked service and your parcel will be delivered within 3-10 working days depending on your location.

    Australia - Surface Mail

    Standard delivery for Australian orders is by Australia Post surface mail. Delivery through this service can take between 3-10 working days depending on your location. Whilst the Australia Post mail service is generally very reliable, it is not unusual for some items to become delayed within the postal system. Should you experience significant delays, we ask that you check thoroughly with your local post office for your parcel.

    NB: In the unlikely case that a parcel becomes "lost" in transit - if a non-traceable freight method (Surface Mail) has been used, the cost of replacing the item will be the responsibility of the client.

    All orders received by 12:00pm E.S.T Monday to Friday will be shipped on the same day. Orders received after 12:00pm will be shipped on the following business day.

    Israel Customers: In addition to regular shipping charges there is a registered parcel post charge of $AU7.00 for all parcels sent to Israel. eg: shipping charges: 1 dvd AU$5.50 + $7.00, 2 dvds $9.50 + $7.00, 3 dvds $13.00 + $7.00, 4 dvds $16.00 + $7.00, 5 dvds $20.00 + $7.00

    International - Delivery Times

    International orders will be shipped by Australian Air Mail with delivery times averaging between 21-28 days. Occasionally international mail may experience delays as thousands of items go through the mail system daily and can be subject to being mis-sorted and/or mis-directed. Unfortunately these delays are beyond our control. We must allow at least 60 days before we can request an investigation for any late delivery.

    Order Status & Service

    We will always keep you informed of the status of your order. You will receive two emails regarding your order status, the first email will be sent upon the initial submission of your order to confirm that it has been received by EzyDVD (Note: If we are in the process of a newsletter mailout, this initial email may be delayed by several hours). The second email will be sent once your order has been processed and will provide you with a tax invoice.

    Out Of Stock Items

    Whilst we make every endeavour to carry ample stock of all titles at all times, it is sometimes impossible to predict demand which can at times lead to items being out of stock for a short period of time. Most items are usually on order from the distributor and stocks are generally replenished within a week or so.

    Orders are filled on a "first come, first served" basis. Although you may have placed your order when an item was showing "In Stock" it may be out of stock by the time your order is processed if there are orders preceding yours. Unfortunately it is not physically possible to put stock aside for orders that may have out of stock items. It is for this reason that it is imperative that you choose your delivery options carefully to ensure there are no unnecessary delays with your order.

    International - Customs

    You may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be paid by you. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.

    Customs policies vary widely from country to country and you should contact your local customs office for further information. Additionally, when ordering from EzyDVD.com.au, you are considered the importer of the goods and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods.

    To avoid any unnecessary customs charges, please check with your local customs office to find out what the exemption limit is for goods entering the country before having to pay taxes.
