    Product Enquiries

    We always endeavour to have correct product information regarding subtitles, languages, audio specifications, special features etc. Generally speaking, if this information is not listed on our site then it is currently unavailable to us.

    If you are looking for a particular title, please perform a Quick Search or alternatively a Power Search to find it on our site. If the title cannot be found, you may want to check our FAQ page for a list of search tips. If your query still remains unfulfilled then unfortunately the title is most likely unavailable in Australia and we are therefore unable to supply.

    As the information on our site is as up-to-date as possible, we are regrettably unable to provide further product or release details on items not listed on our site.     Cancellations

    All online orders can be cancelled at any time prior to dispatch via the order management tools present in the 'Orders Pending' section of the User Options page.

    For offline orders you may either email or call us on (08) 8301 8900. It is imperative that you allow 48 hours notice prior to shipping to guarantee offline order cancellations.
