Wristcutters: A Love Story (Red Ant)

Imagine that after you kill yourself, you don't go to heaven or hell but to an industrial wasteland where nothing works right, there are no good jobs, the fast food is generic, and everybody else who lives there committed suicide, too.

Heartbroken and dumped, Zia commits suicide by cutting his wrists. He awakes in a strange place inhabited by suicidal people and worse than the world of the living. When Zia meets a former friend, he finds out his ex also committed suicide a couple of months after his death. He befriends a Russian guitarist, Eugene, who died by electrocution in a rock concert, and together they decide to seek out his ex girlfriend, Desiree. While driving along a lonely road, they meet a hitchhiker, Mikal, who is chasing the People in Charge to clarify that she is not a suicidal, but a victim of an overdose.
