River Cottage - Summer's Here

Hugh Fearnley-Whittingstall is celebrating the summer season with a brand new four-episode River Cottage series. Following up on his Landshare campaign Hugh will cover some of the ground-breaking stories to develop as amateur vegetable growers search for new land. Back in the River Cottage kitchen, Hugh will be whipping up seasonal delights and seeking out the finest edible goodies from the garden, the hedgerow, the river and the stream. From pea shooters, parsley pesto and potted mackerel, to goats cheesecake with gooseberries and roast potato gnocchi, Hugh‟s garden delicacies are all washed down with lashings of Gorse Flower Wine and Carrot and Spruce beer.
