Description
Get right to the heart of the fear.
Set in Ireland's recent past, Victor Kelly (Stuart Townsend) is "unhinged" and has a taste for cruel violence. In his mother's eyes he can do no wrong, but in his dark underground world he shocks his gang by brutally carving up a victim with a stanley knife. Encouraged by the shadowy figure of McLure, he is propelled into the centre of a series of random killings turning him into a local legend both feared and venerated. On his trail is Ryan (James Nesbitt), a journalist fired by the obsessive need to discover the truth about the killings, putting his own life at risk. Exploitation picture.
