Take a ride... into the dark heart of America.

In a broken down car on a deserted Nevada highway, a young bride waits for her husband to return with help. Out of nowhere Aaron Quicksilver, a strange and quixotic character arrives.

Thankful at first for the company, the newlywed grows ever more fearful as the old man tells a bizarre tale of toy teeth, their innocent chattering, the harbinger of doom.

Further down the highway a pickpocket on the run encounters Aaron Quicksilver too. This time he has a different grisly tale to tell - the story of Dr George, a gifted plastic surgeon whose hands developed a mind of their own and on a gruesome rampage wreak unimaginable havoc.
