YELLA
Yella is an East German businesswoman whose life is ruled by her explosive relationship with her ex-husband. In a bid to escape his haunting presence, Yella searches for a job in the West. With the help of Philipp, a handsome venture capitalist, Yella rekindles her passion for business, proving herself adept at spreadsheets and clipped corporate language. As Yella's friendship with Philipp blossoms into unexpected love, and their business relationship becomes more and more profitable, Yella suddenly finds herself tormented by her past, plagued by nightmares which threaten to destroy her newfound happiness.

Tough young Jenny is serving time for brutally murdering a man when she was only a teenager.
