Description
As you've never seen it before...
A young swordsman leaves his home to join the legendary Musketeers and seek revenge on the man who killed his parents. His search takes him to Paris where he finds himself in the presence of his beloved Musketeers, but instead of heroes, he finds aimless, dishevelled and bitter men. The entire legion of Musketeers has been stripped of its commission, and their captain imprisoned for a crime he did not commit.
With the Cardinal plotting against the King and the Musketeer ranks in ruins, D'Artagnan will fight alone if he must, but finds a beautiful ally in the lovely Francesca. When the Queen embarks on a secret mission to repair relations with England, soured by the Cardinal, she enlists Francesca and D'Artagnan as protection, only to be captured and locked away in a castle by Febre. Meanwhile, the Musketeers grow more restless. The time for action has come...
This timeless tale has been injected with 21st century special effects and unbelievable action sequences not seen since Crouching Tiger Hidden Dragon. Choreographed by legendary Hong Kong Director Xin-Xin Xiong, it defies what you thought a Musketeer could do!
