Presenter Tim Harvey, the British Touring Car Champion and TV commentator, soaks up the unique carnival atmosphere and becomes part of the ever-friendly Mini community as owners and fans explain the enduring popularity of this mould-breaking little wonder.

There’s a mouth-watering array of personalised Minis from around the world, original classics – Including the very first to roll off the Oxford production line in 1959 – and the very latest John Cooper Work’s creation makes an appearance.

Top stunt driver Russ Swift is on hand to demonstrate just how excellent the Mini’s handling is with his spectacular skills, and rally legend Paddy Hopkirk recalls his 1964 Monte-Carlo Rally victory, which set the Mini on the road to becoming a world-beater on the motorsport stage.
