Chris Carter followed his immensely popular show, THE X-FILES, with MILLENNIUM, a thriller series that capitalized on the apocalyptic sentiments of the late 1990s. Frank Black (Lance Henrikson) possesses the mysterious power to see into the minds of serial killers, which he has been using in his work with the enigmatic Millennium Group.
