Description
The Big Trail:
John Wayne leads hundreds of settlers in covered wagons from the Mississippi River to their destiny out West.
Red River:
John Wayne is driving his cattle to Red River when his adopted son, Matthew, turns against him.
The Horse Soldiers:
A Union Cavalry outfit is sent behind confederate lines in strength to destroy a rail/supply centre.
The Alamo: (1960)
The legendary true story of a small band of soldiers who sacrificed their lives in hopeless combat against a massive army in order to prevent a tyrant from smashing the new Republic of Texas.
North To Alaska:
John Wayne and Stewart Granger strike gold in Alaska. George sends Sam to Seattle to bring George's fiance back to Alaska. Sam finds she is already married, and returns instead with Angel. Sam, after trying to get George and Angel together, finally romances Angel, who, in the meantime, is busy fighting off the advances of George's younger brother, Billy. Frankie is a con man trying to steal the partner's gold claim.

John Wayne plays a Texas Ranger who arrests gambler Paul Regret, but soon finds himself teamed with his prisoner in an undercover effort to defeat a band of renegade arms merchants and thieves known as Comancheros.
