Description
A new law has been created allowing a woman to give birth to only one child. After the loss of thier first child, former Black Beret Captain John Brennick and his wife Karen decide to break the law and have a second. While attempting to cross the heavily patrolled border, they are discovered. Karen manages to escape, but Brennick is captured and taken to the Fortress - the most sophisticated maximum security prison ever built. The Fortress is escape-proof, but the most overwhelming technology on the planet cannot extinguish one man's passion for his wife and child.
