This is the companion DVD to the CD of “The Music from Classical Destinations II” performed by Richard Tognetti and the Australian Chamber Orchestra. The DVD contains 33 performances including soundtracks from the TV series and features the ACO in performances with extracts from all the Destinations in the TV series.
Recorded in 5.1, Richard Tognetti’s solo Violin work is astounding and allows for a personal and intimate visual treat showing the master at work together with his vibrant and energetic Chamber Orchestra. The DVD contains the complete musical performances and works as featured in the TV series repertoire selected by Richard. The DVD has a bonus live recording from an ACO concert, showcasing the ACO at their very best live playing Elgar.
