Description
Perfect:
John Travolta is a writer for Rolling Stone; Jamie Lee Curtis is a beautiful aerobics instuctor. When he investigates health clubs as the singles bar of the '80s, sparks fly and a sizzling romance heats up. Director James Bridges (Urban Cowboy, The China Syndrome) goes behind the scenes at a high powered magazine where nothing stands in the way of a story, even someone's life. He explores a world where love is a dance played to a pulsing beat and the attainment of physical beauty is everything. A hit-filled musical score, plus dynamic aerobics sequences are among the many highlights of Perfect. Work that body!
St. Elmo's Fire:
Seven friends, recent college graduates, are searching for a place in "the real world", as they face the issues of career and commitment. Leslie and Alec try to save a crumbling romance. Wendy, a shy virgin, hides her love for Billy, a reluctant father/husband still searching for direction. Kevin is a cynical writer who scorns love until he realises he's in love with his best friend's girl. Kirbo, a law student, obsessively pursues an older woman. The beautiful, neurotic Jules paints a tragic picture of life in the fast lane. Against the backdrop of St. Elmo's, their local hang-out, they save, betray and love one another as only another as only the closest of friends can.
Special Featuers:
Audio commentary by director Joel Schumacher
Bonus Trailers for Mortal Thoughts and About Last Night
