A Sound of Thunder

By 2055, time travel will be a thrilling of unpredictable reality! For a price, rich adventurers can stir their dormant killer instincts by booking safaris back to the Prehistoric age to hunt real, live dinosaurs. There are only three rules: Don't change anything in the past; Don't leave anything behind; and most importnat of all; don't bring anything back. Breaking any of these rules will throw evolution off course and put at risk all humankind.

Based on a short story by legendary sci fi writer Ray Bradbury, game hunter Travis Ryer (Edward Burns, "Confidence") and entrepreneur Charles Hatton (1982 Oscar winner Ben Kingsley - Best Actor "Gandhi") are about to discover what happens when one of these expeditions goes horribly wrong. By accidentally killing a butterfly, this seemingly minor event is about to unleash a catastrophic chain reaction. In a race against time, they must return to the prehistoric age, accompanied by a team of experts including the inventor of the time travel computer, Sonia Rand (Catherine McCormack, "Spy Games"). Their mission: replace the butterfly. Or return to a world devoid of all life.
