Description
The Omen:
He was born at 6 am on the 6th day of the 6th month. The coming of Armageddon, the site of the final confrontation between the forces of good and evil, as foretold in the Book Of Revelations, will begin with the birth of the son of Satan - in human form. This is the terrifying tale!
The Sin Eater:
In The Sin Eater Heath Ledger plays renegade priest Father Alex Bernier, sent to Rome to investigate the mysterious death of one of the Order's most revered members. Following a series of strangely similar killings, Bernier launches an investigation that forces him to confront unimaginable evil and the terrifying knowledge that there is a fate worse than death.
Soul Survivors:
Cassie (Melissa Sagemiller) and her friends are all about to embark on their college careers and they spend a celebratory send-off night at a gothic rave club. However the partying comes to an abrupt end when Cassie's boyfriend Sean (Casey Affleck) catches her giving ex-boyfriend Matt (Wes Bentley) a reluctant goodbye kiss. Furious and hurt, Sean demands they leave the club and drive home but an argument ensues which ends in tragedy as Cassie crashes the car and Sean is killed. Cassie tries to start a fresh life at college but she is pursued by Matt, who is determined to rekindle Cassie's interest in him, and Annabel (Eliza Dushku), who seems to want to lead her astray. Cassie's only solace is the support of Father Jude (Luke Wilson). But even the compassionate young priest is not what he seems. Haunted by memories of Sean and hallucinations about what actually happened the night of the accident, Cassie is left desperate and alone...
The Legend of Hell House:
It sits there, shrouded in mist and mystery, a nesting place for the living evil and terror from the dead. It’s Hell House. Roddy McDowell heads the cast of this exciting chiller about four psychic investigators and the dark, brooding mansion they themselves call “the Mt. Everest of haunted houses”. It’s already destroyed one team of researchers. Now this brave quartet ventures in for another try at unraveling its secret. But before they succeed, they must suffer through madness, murder and everything else the spirits that dwell here have in store for them. Yet learning the truth just might drive them all insane. An ingeniously-devised ghost story, THE LEGEND OF HELL HOUSE will thrill and delight veteran horror fans from the first creaking door to the very last slithering shadow.
The Fury:
In Brian De Palma’s terrifying horror/thriller, an elaborate game of mind control begins when a government agent’s (Kirk Douglas) son (Andrew Stevens) is kidnapped for his psychokinetic powers. Desperate to find him, the father hires a girl (Amy Irving) with similar psychic abilities. She soon reveals that his son is a prisoner at a secret US agency where he’s being used for dangerous mind experiments – and programmed for elimination.
